THIS SERIES OF BASKETS HAS BEEN WEAVED IN GHANA. 

WITH STRAW, BASHIRU, PHILEMON, YAA, AKAMAE, APANA AND AZAARE HAVE BUILT SIMPLE GEOMETRIC FORMS.

BACK IN FRANCE, I SHAPED THEM INTO THESE BAGS.

Ces paniers ont été tressés au Ghana. Avec de la paille, les artisans ont tressé des formes simples, que j'ai sculptées ensuite à mon retour en France. 

Prototypes made in winter 2014/2015 during a 3 months stay in Ghana, and first marketed in 2018.
