SORTIR DU MOULE (Out of the mould) is a workshop by BONI bakery and I during Laterna Magica, a festival by Fotokino in Marseille.

We used a variety of metal moulds to play with bread dough, squizzing it or making it jump over the moulds. The bread has cooked taking weird curvy shapes that we have assembled together to form a very long mad bread circuit. We played a little and then we eat it all.

The workshop took place on December the 11th 2021.
